At Bahamas Concierge Chiropractic, we strive to provide the best care to all our patients. To ensure that we can offer timely appointments to everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to other patients who may need it. Failure to notify will result in a cancellation fee
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not inform us beforehand, you will be required to pay the full price
Late Arrivals
If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to see you; however, depending on the day's schedule, you may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting other patients' appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, you will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the no-show charges.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to provide the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Our goal is to work with you while ensuring that we can offer quality care to all our patients.
