The chiropractic adjustment is a gentle controlled force applied to any joint along the spine or extremities of the body to induce motion into an abnormally moving joint to help alleviate nerve compression and inflammation. This in turn promotes proper alignment of the spine which allows the nervous system to function optimally and improves overall range of motion.
